Refund policy

With Thabootys process for trouble-free returns, sending items back is just as easy as ordering. To return goods purchased online, we kindly ask you to complete the return form contained in the package and send it back together with the goods in question. We would be grateful if you could also specify the reason for the return (incorrect size, not what you wanted, etc.). This will help us to further improve our offering in future. Please repackage the products thoroughly to avoid transport damages. Ideally, please re-use the original wrapping.

Can't find the returns slip?
That can happen sometimes. Please contact our Online Shop Customer Service:

We will send you a new returns slip so you can return the goods to us postage paid. It would be a great help to us in locating your data faster if you could quote your Online Shop order number, first and last name and the e-mail address that you use.

Returned goods should be unused, clean and undamaged. Please note that we may ask for compensation for lost value in case the goods have been worn, washed or damaged.
