Disappointed

To say I'm disappointed is truly an understatement the garment tore on the very first wear and tore again the second time as disappointing that was , the person handling your WhatsApp was horrible , rude and inconsiderate , did not put themselves in the customers shoes nor do their absolute best to ensure that the customers concerns are addressed , yes every business has their operational guidelines , however you cannot want to have a blanket approach to all queries raised . I'm even afraid of wearing it because the mesh might just tear again or the wholes might get bigger.

Bad service

For the first time buyer the service was unpleasant. I ordered the item and sent proof of payment via whatsapp, only to be told the item is sold out. I then requested for refund which took almost 4 days. Not sure if I will order again.

Never received the order

I have had the worst experience ever. I purchased the product. Was told there was a fault with the online system. Size was not available. Requested refund. There after I stopped receiving feedback. My messages and emails were never responded to - big scam

Literally snatched

The shaper snatched me so well my pants had to be reduce in size for the wedding. The delivery was so fast, it literally took two days to get to me after my purchase. Definitely buying more items from you.
