There is a huge gap in customer service and communication

I loved how it snatched me on around my waist. However the griping on the thighs digs into your skin after a while, makes it very uncomfortable to walk or even sit. It left very bad bruises between my legs. I've been using tissue oil and the marks have faded a bit but there is some scarring left and i'm scared it might never go away : (

The girl is on fire.. I am very pleased to report that the item I bought is working wonders. The delivery took 24 hours and packaging fabulous. The shapewear fits perfectly and for that 10/10 team

This sucks in all the lumps and bumps and smooths well. It's super comfy, and you can actually sit down and still be able to breathe while wearing it. Zip for bathroom breaks is really practical.

The shapewear is amazing and does what it needs to do. The only advise I’d give to anyone planning to buy this shape wear is to be cautious of the size they buy from the onset. I brought a Large for the first time online, only to receive it and it was too tight. Had to go to the store to get an XL and it was fitting perfectly. Unfortunately the lady at the store refused to take back the Large because I try it on. Not sure how i would have know if it didn’t fit without trying it on. I think they shouldn’t have a return/ refund option if they don’t take things that you have try on.
